“Then behold, they brought to Him a paralytic lying on a bed. When Jesus saw their faith, He said to the paralytic, “Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you.””
“While He spoke these things to them, behold, a ruler came and worshiped Him, saying, “My daughter has just died, but come and lay Your hand on her and she will live.””
“For she said to herself, “If only I may touch His garment, I shall be made well.” But Jesus turned around, and when He saw her He said, “Be of good cheer, daughter; your faith has made you well.” And the woman was made well from that hour.”
“Then He touched their eyes, saying, “According to your faith let it be to you.”
Memory Verse: “For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.” James 1:7-8.
I believe you have heard the word faith too many times and must have even tried to activate it at some point in your life but when things didn’t work out the way you desired, you possibly just moved on, resulting to fate. If that sounds like you, then you are 100% human because that’s the exact behaviour of the average Christian. We are used to the trial and error, fake it till you make it kind of life, so let’s try it, if it works it works, good and if not, then it doesn’t.
The story is different for those who understand the word of God. When God is your only option, then you know that there is no moving on from a problem that is not solved. The stories in the verses of Matthew chapter 9 are quiet exhausting, I read the chapter and felt sorry for Jesus having to go through all that healing in one day. Looking at Luke’s writings of the same day about woman with the issue of blood, we see that He recorded Jesus’s statement saying, “Somebody touched Me, for I perceived power going out from Me. ”Luke 8:46. Jesus must have been exhausted at the end of that day because he must have dealt with all sorts of cases but the ones he focused on were those who were wise enough to have faith.
Faith is your ingredient to getting all you want from God but if you doubt, read Matthew 9:2;18;22;29. Some of the stories there had issues that were time sensitive like the man who had lost he’s daughter and some were long standing conditions like the woman with the issue of blood but in those mixed cases, their FAITH was what led to their healing.
Many of us loose hope very quickly, we say we trust God, but we just don’t trust Him enough. We then keep going round in circles, walking in both faith and doubt. This only delays that which God has planned and is willing to do. When we say the name of Jesus is greater than any problem, it’s not just a fun fact, it’s the only Fact.
Today I encourage you to activate your faith with 0% doubt. Do not permit the devil to rob you off or keep wasting your time. Do All to keep trusting undoubtedly on GOD.

- Father, I thank you for the power in your word
- Thank you for helping me to have faith and walk in it
- Help me Lord to eliminate every element of doubt
- Help me to trust you unconditionally and come to the understanding of your plan and purpose for me.
- Thank you for your mercy, favour and for being my eternal help
- Thank you for fighting my battles for me and making me emerge victoriously
- Help me to obey your word, store them in my heart and manifest in them
- Thank you for not condemning me and giving me the grace to work towards holiness
- Father have mercy on me in areas where I have judged others
- Father, I am grateful for all!
- Forgive me of my sins Lord and let me live a life worthy of your use, AMEN!
