Head Teacher (August start)

About the role

As SCLC Head Teacher you will:

• Be responsible for managing the Saturday school administration and human resources.
• Have school experience and ideally have a School Business Manager specific qualification and have experience as a head teacher
• Be experienced and competent in leading and managing a team and have excellent communication and negotiating skills.
• Be dedicated to developing positive relationships with all members of the school.
• Be able to manage a varied workload, work to deadlines and make effective use of IT to support efficient working.
• Carry out these duties with high levels of discretion and due regard to the importance of confidentiality.

Schedule: Saturdays Only!!

Salary: Negotiable
