FAQs

SCLC is an independent Christian devotional group. We study the word of God daily and do various seasonal group activtitives to aid our growth in the word of God. For more information please visit www.sclc.uk

We depend on sponsors to support the program and as such we can only give out so much depending on response from volunteers.

This support is intended for only individuals who are currently on Lockdown due to COVID-19 and are struggling to feed. If you live in a country or state currently not under lockdown due to COVID-19 then this program may not benefit you.

There are no restrictions to countries as we aim to support individuals worldwide.

We will assess individual requests weekly while the lockdown is on, and if approved, we aim to support you weekly towards feeding. Funds will be disbursed into your account on fridays.

Due to the high volume of applicants, it takes a week to review and decide on your application. The application deadline is usually the Friday before your first scheduled payment which means when we receive your application, it will be assessed and processd  and if approved, you will get an email confirming the start date of your payment which will be the Friday following the week of your application, after which a recurring payment made every Friday until the Lockdown in your country is lifted.
 
You do not need to send weekly request emails . once your original request has been assessed and confirmed by our team, you will automatically be enrolled into our support program for the duration of the COVID-19 lockdown.
 
We aim to send out confirmation emails every wednesday to confirm your weekly feeding support funds.

We would love to continually support but this program is only to support during the lockdown after which we believe people will be able to return to work.

Whiles we appriciate your intention to support, most countires affected by COVID-19 are currently on Lockdown and we aim to coordinate this program remotley so we currently seek only financial support towards this program.

We are trusting God that we will be in a position to continue to support towards your weekly feeding but payments are subjected to donations recieved from sponsors

Please note that we are a charity organization and not set up for the purpose of profit making. We reserve the rights to cease from operating this scheme should situations, resources or any other condition makes it impossible to continue, We will duly notify you should circumstances change.
