5 the faith and love that spring from the hope stored up for you in heaven and about which you have already heard in the true message of the gospel 6 that has come to you. In the same way, the gospel is bearing fruit and growing throughout the whole world—just as it has been doing among you since the day you heard it and truly understood God’s grace.
Memory Verse: “As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night will never cease.” Genesis 8:22.
Have you ever spent some time observing your environment? If you are very observant you will realise that certain things just seem to fall in place automatically without you having to lift a finger. As long as we remain alive and the earth remains, some things will just continue to happen and his is because those things don’t need our input for God has designed them and with his word backing them up. Such things just happen either we care to take advantage of them or not and one of such is the gospel.
The word of God is something most people think they need a lot of convincing before they believe and even worse is their justification for refusing the gospel of truth. We have people who are outright antichrist while we have some who actually don’t realise they are antichrist but just simply never believe anything they see in the bible because it simply does not make sense to them. Then we see a group who actually believe in the gospel but continually disobey the word of God. For these group of individuals, everything has to be done in their own time or has to make sense. They search for facts and do all to reason out the mysteries of how God created this world, the earth and everything in it and else they find an answer, they just will never believe that even God exists.
Either we believe or not, there is a moving train loaded with the gospel of truth and your refusal to jump on the train doesn’t stop the train from moving. Either we decide to get out of bed in the morning and make good use of our existence or not, day and night will never cease according the word of God in Genesis 8:22 which means the only person missing out is us.
Our refusal to obey the word of God does not stop God from carrying out His desires, Luke 19:40 tells us Jesus’ response to the Pharisees who wanted to stop the crowd and disciples from praising. He said “if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out.”. God is not a respecter of any man and He is able to use anything and everything He created to carry out an assignment. Balaam’s donkey had a conversation with Balaam when Balak summoned him Numbers 22:21-34.
What has God called you to do and what’s your excuse? God has created you for a purpose Joshua 1:5 and he has loaded you with everything needed to carry out your assignment but if you don’t jump on the train and begin to fulfil destiny, then God will reassign the assignment to someone else and you will miss out greatly on the blessing.

- Father you for your great word which gives life and understanding to the simple
- Thank you for all you have done, you are doing and will still do
- Help me from today not to focus on man, but give full attention to honoring you Lord
- I receive the power and attention to put you Lord at the center of it all.
- Forgive me of my shortcomings o Lord and help me to live above sin
- Receive my sacrifice of praise for in Jesus mighty name I pray, AMEN.
