All Knowing God!

“For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things.”

Memory verse: Great is our Lord, and mighty in power; His understanding is infinite. Psalm 147:5

Most life occurrences are questionable and that’s why we at times have a lot of queries about happenings around us and this is where worry comes into the picture. Worry in most cases are triggered by events or even an idle state of mind leading us to opening the diaries of our mind, bringing back past events, trying to figure out where things went wrong, picturing its reoccurrence and projecting it on the future. What’s left at the end of the whole session is a whole lot of unanswered questions and as human beings we begin to worry in search for answers.

You are not alone if you have been involved at any point in a purpose searching exercise. Sarah the mother of Isaac examined her life too and because of the situation she found herself in, she concluded it was best to give her maid to her husband to bear him a child. Because her mind was clouded, she failed to consult the one who knows it all knowing. All of what she did was with the intention of controlling situations and so she did what she assumed was best. Gensis 6:3

Then Sarai, Abram’s wife, took Hagar her maid, the Egyptian, and gave her to her husband Abram to be his wife, after Abram had dwelt ten years in the land of Canaan.

How can we say we know God and He is our father yet we selectively involve Him in things? Do we really know what it means to be all knowing? (omniscience). God knows it all, even those things which seems like He may not be interested in. With Him there are no boundaries and whiles we make the common mistake that God is only there to be worshipped and feared, His position as a Father is much more than that. He is there for every little details of our lives even when we make silly mistakes and think we have to hide like Adam & Eve, He still sees us and knows exactly the position we are in.

One of the many benefits of having a relationship with an all knowing God is that not only does He hear what we talk to Him about, He also knows the plans of the enemies and is able to deliver us from various battles we don’t even know exists, Ephesians 6:12; For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

Don’t spend another minute of your life being confused, making decisions based on assumptions. Instead focus on have a true relationship with the only one that knows it all.
