When It Seems Like It’s All Over!

“We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed. We are perplexed, but not driven to despair. We are hunted down, but never abandoned by God. We get knocked down, but we are not destroyed. Through suffering, our bodies continue to share in the death of Jesus so that the life of Jesus may also be seen in our bodies.”

Memory Verse: 1 Peter 5:7Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.”

The God we serve is indeed so great, He has no limitations. If He was to bless us according to what we deserve, we will surely not qualify for much. In all, He still blesses us and the quantity of blessings we receive from Him is beyond what we deserve. He is constantly doing things to enrich our lives here on earth while preparing us for Eternity. While sometimes it may seem very difficult to see any positives in things happening to us, we need to be rest assured that God is still on course working things out for our good.

Say this firmly with 100% confidence, “Nothing can separate me from the love of God”.Even when it seems all over, It’s still part of God’s plan for your life, according to Jeremiah 29:11 He has it all mapped out. When the weather changes from winter to summer, you change your ways of dressing before going out of the house. Such is what happens in life, ask yourself this question; is the situation really this big or am I visualising it the wrong way and magnifying through my doubts?

We all have situations in our lives which looks bigger that it actually is and at times when I think through it, I say to myself, stop acting like a spoilt child. At that very minute, I become thankful for the things which are working out well and I realise God my Father has been ever so faithful and has always been on time and on my side; He has never failed.

Citing the story of Jesus, even though He knew about the plans and events which will precede His death and was ready for it, that didn’t stop Him from praying the suffering should pass over Him because at that human moment, He was in agony. On that note, God sent an angel to give Him more strength because He had to go through that phase, Luke 22:41-43

Sometimes certain situations will not pass us over but occur in our lives because we need to go through that phase in life to move us to the next level. It is not always an easy task, but I encourage you to continue to stand on His word and be filled with his promise. Always remember that He started your life by His mercy and He is more than capable to complete that which He started Philippians 1:6. Do not be afraid, hold on to Him and He will surely see you through.

When it seems like it’s all over, keep trusting and walking by faith 2 Corinthians 5:7
