When Everything Is Uncertain!

“For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Memory Verse: “But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”” 1Corinthians 2:9.

Some people are born into a higher level of assurance than others and this is no disadvantage to anyone but one of the natural occurrences in life. If you’re born into an average or wealthy family, very organized with everything in place then you possibly qualify as a child’s born into some sort of certainty. Folks in such families have their lives planned from birth till they become adults and even sometimes beyond that as the plans remains valid as long as God keeps them alive. It’s like the royal families in England, till God takes them, they enjoy the acclaimed benefits.

Biblically, Adam and Solomon were some of those people born into some level of certainty but for people like Joseph, Moses and even Jesus, they were all born into families and in a time of so much uncertainty. Everything around them was just far from normal when they were born and through most of their lives, they lived in uncertainly until God stabilized them. So much of us fall in this category and the more we grow, the more we have questions about what directions to take and how to progress in life.

As much as everything about our lives may look so unclear to us, there is no uncertainty with God. “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11. Every and anything that happens in our lives happens because God permits them and those things have definitely gone through Gods mind. It remains very important to focus on why God is letting things go the way they are and not the occurrence. We must continue to hold on to God’s promise while He executes his plan and path for our lives.

I had a private conversation few months ago with an individual who seem to have not only planned His life but seem to have figured out what He wanted for His kids and I could only but think how lucky His children were. All I can do is support in prayers for the hope and the wishes to materialize. As we know man proposes, God disposes.

Either we were born with a silver spoon or not, there is no certainty about most things in life, as a little event can change the entire direction in which things end up so therefore our relationship with God is top priority and not just seasonal but all day every day.

Speaking with God and taking directions from Him is the only chance we have at living a fulfilling life, not just materially but all round. Whatever looks confusing right now is only but temporary and there is still an opportunity for redirection through God.

Your life has more probability for being successful than even a child born into the wealthiest families. God’s word will get you through and put you on the right path for His plans for you.

“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path” Psalms 119:105
